CXC Talent Solutions is currently seeking several Groundskeepers porters across the Plano – North Dallas area to manage the overall upkeep and curb appeal of the apartment communities. The ideal candidate will have experience completing all different maintenance tasks according to the position. You must be organized, able to work alone and with a team, follow directions, be resident service focused and have good interpersonal skills. You must have a passion for quality and service.
Groundskeeper Responsibilities:
- Clean and inspect the property around the landscaping and parking areas.
- Keep all common areas cleaned and organized.
- Perform preventive maintenance as requested.
- Clean/trash out vacant apartments as needed.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician as requested.
- Assist with apartment make-readies as requested–trash out vacant units, caulk/grout, check appliances and smoke detector, replace parts, etc.
